THE FARM
Every year we rear lambs on our own farm in the Chilterns. Typically these are available to our customers in October and November
We can also supply, on a seasonal basis, locally sourced wild venison, local game and barn-reared turkeys and understand that many of our customers are keen to know the provenance of their meat and poultry. We are happy to share our knowledge of the of the most appropriate cut or recipe and have a wealth of information on how to get the best out of your premium quality produce should you need it.
